Office Executive:

 

Job Description:

  • Following up daily Tour Plan of Territory Managers (TMs) & Territory Officers (TOs).
  • Monitoring daily Lifting Target Vs Achievement.
  • TOs/TMs/ DSEs/ Distributors wise transaction status follow up.
  • Coordinating with TMs/TOs/DSEs/Distributors in order to establish concrete link between Cash In & Cash Out agents of different location.
  • Solely responsible for accomplishment of agent tagging related activities
  • Opening and closing of Distributors file.
  • Meeting minutes prepare and submit as report.
  • Field visit as per requirements.
  • Properly Checking & initiating necessary steps for payment of TA-DA bills or and any other expenditure bills of TOs & TMs
  • Accomplishment of any special assignment provided by Head of Distribution.
  • Job Specification:
    • Minimum graduate in any discipline( No third Division)
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Minimum One year working experience
    • Ability to work under pressure

    The Selected Candidates will be entitled to a consolidated monthly remuneration on performance basis BDT 12,000.00.

    Only short listed candidate will be called for interview. No TA/DA will be allowed for attending the interview.

    Call Center and Customer Care Officer:

    Job Description:

    • Ensure customers service through providing information and problem solving
    • Provide helpful product and service information in order to respond any query
    • Update existing customer, agent and distributor information
    • KYC (Know your Customer) form Management (Customer, Agent & Distributor).
    • Agent activation, tagging and correction.
      • Maintain daily call logs and update it on a regular basis
      • Prepare reports on daily activities

      Job Specification:

      • Minimum graduate in any discipline (No third Division)
      • Proficient in relevant computer applications
      • Required language proficiency
      • One year experience in a call center or customer service environment
      • Good data entry and typing skills
      • Mentality to work in weekends and shifting working hours

      The Selected Candidates will be entitled to a consolidated monthly remuneration on performance basis BDT 10,000.00.
